Rhonda Serna joined Lee+ Associates in 2011, bringing more than 20 years of administrative and operational experience to our organization. No organization can function without that essential support behind the scenes. As CAO, Rhonda manages all areas of Lee+ Associates office and is developing significant experience in strategic planning, fund development and recruitment. Rhonda’s passion for working with the nonprofit sector is rooted in her experience.
Before joining Lee+ Associates, Rhonda was an Executive Assistant at Judge Harlan’s law firm in San Antonio. She has served as the Executive Assistant/Office Manager for Sutton Macina Sutton Architecture & Interior Design firm. Prior to working at the architecture firm, she was Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at the HEB Corporate Office. While at HEB, she managed the request and distribution of millions of dollars to non-profit and civic organizations.
Rhonda has coordinated special events, such as The HEB Feast of Sharing, Alamo & Main Plaza Christmas Tree Lightings, HEB Adopt-A-School, H-E-BOO Sugar Free Fright Fest, benefit races, walks, and press conferences.
